Terms and conditions
By visiting our website and placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions as listed below. All sales made by Indoor Furniture Group Ltd trading as Furniture To Go is made on the following terms and conditions. No alteration shall be binding unless agreed beforehand in writing by the Director of the Company.
These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between yourself (the customer) and Furniture To Go Ltd.
The following terms and conditions are valid for all transactions taking place at FTG. We treat any order you place as a purchase of our products, which means that our terms and conditions are valid. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. Nothing in our terms and conditions is intended to affect a buyer’s statutory right as a consumer.
Our products
All products are delivered flat pack with a full instructions manual ready for assembly.
Product information
All specifics, images, and other product information such as assembled sizes and weights may be subject to change at any time. However, our intention is to keep all information on our website as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Trade deliveries
There is no minimum order value. To achieve our discounted pricing structure, orders must be raised in full and we will not split it if it contains an out-of-stock item. Our system will assign our appropriate logistics partner to deliver the product depending on the size and weight of the order. Some remote postcodes/areas will incur an additional surcharge and will be displayed when placing your order. These charges can be found under; All about delivery
All goods must be inspected upon delivery and signed for accordingly. Notification must be received by email to us of any damage or shortage of the goods within 5 days from the delivery date, supported by photographic evidence. You agree to take reasonable care of any goods supplied and any goods which are either badly shop soiled or not returned in their original cartons, will not be credited whatever the reason.
Direct home deliveries
Any goods sold by You the Retailer fall under the distance selling regulations whereby the Consumer has an automatic right to return those goods to You as the Retailer, regardless of the reason within 14 days of purchase. This is a contract between You the Retailer and your Customer. The act does not apply to the transaction between You the Retailer and Furniture To Go.
As part of trading terms, we expect trade accounts to have a warehouse, shop, or disposal route for any items that they must take back from consumers. In all cases, the consumers' contract is with You the Retailer therefore it is vital that any communication with them regarding returns is handled by you.
We have a no-returns policy once goods have been dispatched, for a change of mind.

Orders which are refused on delivery by your customer will be returned to us via the carrier. As carriage has been attempted the carriage cost (delivery & return) as well as handling charges may be invoiced to you.
Orders where delivery cannot be completed. Where a delivery has been attempted 3 times by the carrier, will be returned to us. As carriage has been attempted the carriage cost (delivery & return) as well as handling charges may be invoiced to you.
All deliveries are sent with a request for a signature and will not be left without proof of delivery being completed. If a customer chooses to overrule this instruction, we will not be held responsible for goods that are lost or stolen, and no refund will be given.
Should the courier be unable to deliver within the set date, they will inform the customer and provide the customer with a new delivery date. Furniture To Go is never responsible for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses that the customer or delivery company takes on as a direct or indirect consequence of us not being able to deliver on time.
The rights are passed on to the customer when the full price for a product has been paid, and the order is dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

Our Store and Home Delivery prices include delivery for most mainland areas, but for following postcodes extra delivery Surcharge will applies.

Prices and payment
All trade prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing UK rate of 20%. For Ireland there will be no VAT, providing the Irish VAT registration number has been provided.
Payment of the price plus any applicable VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.
Credit facilities will only be agreed upon when authorized by Furniture To Go. Terms must be strictly adhered to. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any credit facility.
Payment for the total amount of any invoice should not be withheld due to a query on only part of the goods on the invoice. Failure to make partial remittance within the terms where appropriate may affect any credit facility.
Payment by business credit card transaction will be subject to a fee calculated when placing the order by the type of card used.
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, or any other provision of these conditions, the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until Furniture To Go has received payment in full for the price of the goods and all other goods agreed to be sold by the seller to the buyer for which payment is then due.
Shortages or damage
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 working days from receipt of the invoice.
Claims for shortages and damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery.
Upon the arrival of delivery, the customer must examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact info@furniture-to-go.co.uk within 4 days, providing your order number, and if possible, photos showing the damage. We will immediately start working to resolve your issue and keep you informed. It is important you advise your customers to not accept items if there is visible damage to packaging unless, of course, they wish to accept and request spare parts where needed.
Orders which are damaged on delivery. Where a delivery has been refused by your customer as damaged, it must be clearly visible on the carrier’s website as damaged. The carrier will return the item to us, and we will send out a replacement. No additional costs will be incurred by you or your customer.
Parts requests. Our policy is to supply free-of-charge parts requests from either you or your customer. Should you wish to order any spare parts please use Replacement parts to speed up the process.
Warranty
Furniture To Go provides a full years warranty on all products. If there is something wrong with your item within 12 Months of purchase, please contact our customer service at info@furniture-to-go.co.uk. Describe the damage and, if possible, supply photos showing the damage.
Your claim will then be promptly considered, and replacement parts will be sent. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections on real wood products. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Cancellation

Personal data
We use your personal data to process your order. The law requires us to ask for your approval to use these data. All information will be treated confidentially. Your data will be used to analyze customer needs and, with your consent, we will send you offers, newsletters, and other marketing. Your data will not at any point be transferred to a third party.
Force majeure
Furniture To Go has no obligation to pay damages if we fail to deliver, should delivery be made difficult or impossible due to unforeseen events that occur after an order is accepted. Examples of force majeure are natural disasters, mobilization, war, lock-outs, riots, work-related conflicts, energy crises, damage to machinery, fire, epidemics, denial of import or export, etc. as well as situations where transportation is made difficult or impossible.
