What about delivery?
Whilst our product is manufactured in our partners' factories we keep stock in our UK warehouses, with the intention to deliver to customers the next working day. Our website will always show stock availability, if a product is out of stock an estimated delivery date of when stock will be replenished will be available on the product page.

Our Store and Home Delivery prices include delivery for most mainland areas, but for following postcodes extra delivery Surcharge will apply.

Furniture To Go Ltd endeavors to keep to expected delivery times. Should we be unable to deliver within the set date, we will naturally inform the customer and decide on a new delivery date. Furniture To Go Ltd is never responsible for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses that the customer or delivery company takes on as a direct or indirect consequence of us not being able to deliver on time.
The rights are passed on to the customer when the full price for a product has been paid. All risks are passed on to the customer at delivery.
Out of stock
If goods are waiting for our next delivery, you do not pay until they leave our UK warehouse. You can reserve stock/orders, all you must do is checkout with card or credit facilities. If you pay with a card, funds will be reserved but not taken until the order is dispatched. Note, if you place an order and 1 item is out of stock the order will not be dispatched until the complete order can be fulfilled.
Can I pay for my order online?
Yes, we have two payment options. Our first option is to pay with a card, if you do not have credit facilities with us you must pay for your order in advance. If you have applied for a credit account that has been approved, you may select 'Have Credit Facilities' at checkout and an invoice will be emailed to you. If you would like to apply for credit facilities, please email email@example.com
How do I become a stockist?
Just fill in your details under the trade application, if approved to become a stockist then we will supply you with a password to enter our full website giving you access to full pricing, stock availability, and product and brochures to download.
How do I track my order?
Our carrier partner will supply details so that you can go online and track and trace your order, if you have any further queries you can e-mail our customer service line firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will continue to update pricing to give the customer the best value for money, our pricing structure is very simple every item shows discounts that can be obtained with volume orders.
How do I order spare parts?
Our factory has in place a high standard of quality checks; however, in the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, you can go online and order the item on Replacement Parts The replacement part will be posted directly to you or your customer.
Estimated delivery time, smaller spare parts held at our UK warehouse will get sent to you the same day or the coming working day. For larger spare parts shipped from the factory will take approximately 14 days. Parts that need to be manufactured can take up to 30 days.
