All about delivery

 

We believe that unique and quick delivery options will make a great difference to our customers. We want to bring great value whether our customers focus on lead time, price or flexibility. Furniture To Go have what it takes to give our customers what they want. We cater for every customer requirement from regular full container loads down to home delivery on single items – it is all up to the customer. With our warehouse in the UK, Furniture To Go offer next day delivery on more than 10,000 stock items.



Next day delivery


If you place an order by 3PM, and the product is in stock – we will ship it the same day, for delivery the next day. This can be direct to your store, or direct to your customer.


Home delivery

If a customer comes into your store, and likes a product that you do not stock – we can home deliver it for you direct to your customer, from our warehouse. This is a great option for you to advertise an extended range, and still supply it to a customer, without holding the product in stock.


Dropship

With the world of E-Commerce developing at a rapid pace, we have the solution for you. You can choose to sell our products on your platforms, and we will deliver them for you, on a next day basis. Our FTP stock system, gives you real time stock levels, so that you can manage your customers’ expectations. We stock it, you sell it, we deliver it – it’s that simple.


Full load

If you would like better pricing on product, and would like to buy a full load – we can work with you on that. We can also deliver this quickly direct from our partners factories.


Collected

With our stock held in the UK, you also have the option to come and collect from us. We can work with you on that. We can also help you should you wish to use your own carrier, which could be classed as a collection.

Whilst product is manufactured in our partners factories we keep stock in UK warehouses, with an intention to deliver to customers within a few days, our website will always show stock availability.


Our Home Delivery prices include delivery charge for most mainland areas of UK. For following postcodes extra £5 delivery charge applies.


Postcodes AB10/11/12/15/16/24/25, DD, DG, EH, FK1-18, G, ALL KA except 27-28 see below, KY, ML, PA1-19, PH1-10, IOW PO31-41, Scilly Isles TR21-25 TD, Higher charges to Scottish Highlands all other AB postcodes IV1-56 FK19-21 KA27-28 KW1-14 PA20-39 All PH except 1-10


We also can operate a 2 Man Home delivery service Extra charges as follows

Mainland £35 up to 70kg + 35p per Kg thereafter

Central Scotland £42 up to 70Kg + 40p per Kg thereafter

Scottish Highlands £67 up to 70Kg + 45p per Kg thereafter


Direct to store all above postcodes charges depending on size of order (details on request).
Using our logistic partner in the UK, delivery is either via parcel home delivery or pallet service, to customer’s door.

Transportation damages

Our high specification packaging for products, is designed for transportation through a home delivery network. We do appreciate that on a small number of occasions damages do occur. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and refused. You should then contact us straight away, so that we can assist with the problem. If damage is discovered when the product has been accepted, we will of course offer spare parts, no questions asked. All you need to do is contact Customer Services, and they will assist you in making sure we select the right part for you.


Replacement parts 

Our factory has in place a high standard of quality checks; however, in the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, you can go on line and order the item Replacement parts. The replacement part will be dispatched direct to you from our UK warehouse or factory.
